We keep all packaging as simple and sustainable as possible. We do our very best to package all orders in recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible. There is no plastic; we use a recyclable bubblewrap alternative, recycled brown paper and recyclable boxes and envelopes. If you find any plastic in your packaging, it has been reused from packaging we've received. Every parcel is packaged with love and care to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.

We only source items in great condition, but since they have had a previous life, some may show little signs of wear, such as small surface cracks, glazing cracks, chips, loss of paint, and other irregularities. We believe that these imperfections only add to their charm and character. We do our very best to mention all imperfections in the product description and take photos from various angles to ensure any imperfections can be seen.
